Mic Planner works out who wears which wireless pack, scene by scene. It shares packs across the cast, refuses swaps that don't have time to happen, and prints the paperwork your deck crew actually uses: scene sheet, swap sheet, performer cards.
Scenes in order, performers with the scenes they speak in, and how many packs and mic elements you own. Or skip the typing: import your cast list as a CSV — double-cast shows import each cast as its own plan. Mark intermissions — swaps are easy when the house lights are up.
Leads get priority, then featured roles, then ensemble. A pack only passes between performers when there's a real buffer — no "swap during the blackout" fantasies. Anyone who can't be covered is flagged, not silently dropped.
Click a name to pin it to a specific pack — if your pin creates an impossible swap, it turns red and tells you why. Then print the scene sheet, swap sheet, and performer cards, or export the whole plan as a file.
Every scene: who's live and on what pack number. Every swap: who hands off to whom, where, and whether the pack needs re-taping. Print-friendly, high-contrast, readable by headlamp.
